The Movie: For me, the 1991 sequel to Bill and Ted's Excellent Adventure was as funny as the original, but at the same time, it lacked some of its charm. I think part of it was that in the couple of years between the movies, Keanu kinda grew up a little too much and in some of the shots he looked older than his character's age.

But there are a few comedic gems in there that makes Bogus Journey worth watching, like the battle with the Grim Reaper for their lives... a game of Battleship! Anyway. If you hated the original, you will definitely hate this movie, but if you liked the original, you'll find it entertaining enough to watch.

The DVD: The video transfer was relatively clean, with a bit of noticeable dirt and scratches on the film, and it exhibited some grain from the film. The audio was satisfactory, but nothing remarkable. Special features include a behind the scenes featurette, a teaser trailer, and a theatrical trailer which had an anamorphic widescreen transfer.
